1 cup mushrooms, sliced (shiitake, button, or cremini)
1/2 cup green beans, chopped
1 cup shredded cabbage
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece ginger, sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari (gluten-free option)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
Fresh herbs for garnish (parsley, cilantro, or chives)
Instructions
Preparation:Wash and slice all vegetables uniformly.
