Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rolled oats Use gluten-free if necessary
  • 1/2 cup Almonds Roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup Pecans Roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup Coconut flakes Unsweetened preferred
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup Honey works as an alternative
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil Melted
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract For flavor
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt Optional, for taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almonds, pecans, and coconut flakes.
  • Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well until evenly coated.
  • Spread and Bake: Spread the granola mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even toasting.
  • Cool Down: Remove from the oven and let the granola cool on the baking sheet for 15 minutes. It will crisp up as it cools.
  • Store or Serve: Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Serve as a topping for yogurt, smoothie bowls, or with milk.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute the nuts or sweetener to suit your taste or dietary needs.
  • Add dried fruits or chocolate chips after baking for extra flavor.
