Can parents see bookings and invoices?
Yes. A secure client or parent portal lets contacts see their bookings and invoices and update their details.
How are clinic notes protected?
Clinic session notes are encrypted at rest and access is recorded in an audit log. You remain responsible for assessing whether the service meets your professional and legal requirements. Tweechi does not claim HIPAA certification.
Can I export or delete my data?
Workspace owners can export their data and request account deletion in settings. Retention settings help you manage how long records are kept.
Does Tweechi work on a phone?
Yes. The workspace and booking pages adapt to mobile screens, with a bottom navigation bar for the main workspace sections.
