Privacy notice
Clear information about the personal data used to run Tweechi and the choices available to you.

Who is responsible for your information?
The business that operates your workspace is responsible for the client records it collects, including student, guardian, patient and attendee information. Tweechi processes those records to provide the service. For Tweechi account, billing and support information, the service operator identified in your agreement determines the purposes of processing. Contact us through the contact page for privacy enquiries.
What information is processed?
The service processes account names, email addresses, workspace details, bookings, contact records, invoices, attendance and information that users choose to add. Security and access logs help protect accounts. Payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored in Tweechi. Avoid entering sensitive information unless your business has a lawful reason and suitable safeguards.
Why is information used?
Account and billing information is used to provide the service and administer the contract. Workspace records support the activities your business requests. Security logs support the legitimate interest of protecting the service. Where consent is needed, it must be specific and can be withdrawn. Your workspace operator must explain the lawful basis for collecting its own client records.
Who can receive information?
Workspace access follows assigned roles. Hosting providers, configured email providers and payment processors may process information needed to deliver their services. The providers and locations used depend on the deployment and your agreement. Ask the service operator for the current processor list and any international transfer safeguards before uploading regulated or sensitive records.
How long is information kept?
Account and workspace records are kept for the service and any applicable legal obligations. Workspace owners can configure retention, export their data and request deletion. Backups and required financial records may follow separate retention periods. Ask your workspace operator for the period that applies to your records.
What choices and rights do you have?
Depending on the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or receive a copy of your personal data. Contact the business that holds your client record first. For Tweechi account data, use the contact page. You may complain to the relevant supervisory authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office where applicable.
How is information protected?
The service uses password hashing, access controls, tenant separation and encrypted clinic notes. Secure hosting, HTTPS, backups and correctly configured email delivery are also necessary. No service can promise absolute security. Report suspected account misuse promptly and do not send passwords or medical details through a support message.
How can a client ask for a copy of their records?
Contact the tutor, school, clinic or workshop that operates the workspace. That business can identify the records and respond to the request.
