The practical details

Terms of service

These terms explain the conditions for using Tweechi. Please read them before creating a workspace.

Last updated 5 November 2026

What service are you subscribing to?

Tweechi provides online booking, client management and billing tools. Your selected plan and order confirmation describe the price and limits that apply. The supplier named on your invoice or order confirmation is your contracting party.

Who is responsible for a workspace?

The person creating a workspace must be authorised to act for the business. You are responsible for keeping account access secure, choosing suitable team permissions and ensuring that information you enter is accurate and lawful. Do not upload malicious files or use the service to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.

How do trials and payments work?

A trial lasts 14 days and does not require a payment card. A paid subscription starts when you confirm a plan through the billing process or an approved manual transfer. Prices, currency, tax and renewal terms are shown before payment. Payment processing fees are governed by your separate payment provider agreement.

How can you change or end a subscription?

Manage your subscription in workspace billing. The payment provider displays the timing and financial effect of available changes before you confirm. Cancelling a subscription and deleting workspace data are separate actions. Export the records you need before requesting account deletion.

What are your data and professional responsibilities?

You determine why and how your client data is collected. Provide the notices and obtain the permissions your business needs. Check whether the service is suitable for your legal and professional obligations, including any rules for medical records. Tweechi is not an emergency service or a substitute for clinical judgement, and does not claim HIPAA or medical compliance.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Contact support with a clear description of the issue. Reasonable maintenance and service changes may be necessary. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow parties to exclude. Any additional commercial terms must be agreed in writing.

How will changes to these terms be communicated?

Material changes will be explained through the service or the email address associated with your account. The date on this page identifies the current version. Contact us if you need clarification before continuing to use the service.
